Any purchase of an item that has stock photos that show the original release pictures or "Black Label" version of a game, and a re-release or a not for resale version exists ("Greatest Hits", "Platinum Hits", "Player's Choice"), buyer may receive the other version instead. You should contact us first if you want a specific version.

All video games are North American versions (NTSC U/C) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for making sure you can play these on your console.
All other items are North American English and were made to be sold, but not limited to, in North American Markets.
All items will be shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Purchase limits.
Due to the up and down market of video games and trading card products we reserve the right to limit, reduce and cancel any transactions for any reason. Orders that normally get reviewed for reduction/edit/cancellation or obvious pricing errors, video game purchases of more then, but not limited to, 1 quantity, and buyouts. Other items will be reviewed on a case by case basis. In some instances you may see the price of the product change after your purchase because there was a change in the the market price.
Quantities are not guaranteed because of multiple factors, including inventory error and products under market price. We reserve the right to adjust the prices of any product at any time including after purchases, with notification to the consumer. We also reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel any order at any time.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for any reason at any time including if we don't have the quantity to fulfill them.
In the case that you make an order, including pre-orders, and you believe the market price of the item goes below the pre-order price you paid, you will NOT be refunded the difference in price. You will have the option to keep or cancel the order minus any restocking fees on the pre-ordered items.
We may also edit or cancel any transaction for any reason, including but not limited to, potential fraudulent/high risk orders and buyouts.
What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements.
What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.
Will A & C Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties? A & C Games does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with A & C Games. A & C Games may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.
