Refund policy
Online Store Return Policy:
You may return defective items sold and fulfilled by A & C Games that are initiated within 7 days from date of delivery for an exchange or refund. Video Game Consoles and all of it's accessories have a 30 day defective exchange or refund from date of delivery. If it's only a accessory of a console that is defective, you may get an exchange or replacement for that particular accessory. Please include all original packaging.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON TRADING CARD GAME SEALED PRODUCT, SPORTS CARD PRODUCTS OR ANY CARD SINGLES.
We take returns on all other items that are unopened, unworn, and in the same condition as it was sent out, with all the packaging, that are initiated within 7 days from date of delivery, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost on these items.
All photos are stock photos and used games/consoles will not include any bonus content, bonus discs, soundtracks, maps or posters that may be in the stock photo unless stated in the title. By purchasing you agree and these will not be accepted for exchange or a refund.
Online Store Refunds:
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Limiting orders/cancelling orders: Please contact us if you would like to cancel an order. We also reserve the right to limit the purchase of items and cancel any order for any reason.

EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS. Original receipt and packaging required. 30 defective exchange on used consoles. 7 day defective exchange on all games and accessories in the condition that it was sold. 14 day defective exchange on new consoles.
If you exchange a pre-owned game or console for any reason besides the product being defective, than a rental fee will apply. You will be charged according to our current in store rental prices.
There is no exchange of any kind on PC and Mac games. You are responsible for knowing or finding out requirements for a PC/Mac game before you purchase it. You are responsible for looking for a CD-Key before purchasing the product.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to change the price to the correct price at the time of sale or restrict the sale of the item until further notice.
In-store Only Warranty
Pre-owned consoles come with a 30 day defective warranty. Pre-owned video games and video game accessories come with a 7 day defective warranty.
Brand New consoles come with a 14 day defective exchange warranty. Some brand new consoles come with a manufacturers warranty. After the 14 day in-store defective exchange warranty, we suggest you contact the respective company to get service for any defective console that was purchased brand new. Brand new video games and video game accessories come with a 7 day defective exchange warranty. The warranty is void if the product is not functioning because of negligence or accidental damage, and warranty is void if any void stickers are tampered with. Consoles, games and accessories will be tested on site before an exchange can be given.
In-store Only Extended Warranty (Offered In-Store Only)

Video Game Warranties only cover the actual game disc or cartridge, and not the cases or manuals. It also covers dead game batteries.
Warranties include product replacement only. If product replacement is not available, a store credit of the amount of the warrantied item will be issued instead)

The warranty does not cover consoles that were physically damaged. Cracked or broken discs, cartridges, cases and manuals are not covered by the warranty.

In-store Rental Policy
*Currently we are not doing rentals due to Covid-19
There will be a minimum of $10 damage fee for any game, console, or peripherals that were damaged in the possession of the person(s) that rented the item. This includes scratches on any item, damage to the retail box, and cosmetic and physical damage that is detrimental to the look and functionality of the items.
In-store Policy
NO PRIVATE SALES whatsoever in and around the premises. Do not interfere with customers selling or trading games in the store. Asking to buy/sell an item from customers in or around the store will result in a ban.
If you forget an item at A & C Games or leave an item in our store for any reason and it isn’t claimed within 30 days and there is no prior indication that you will claim it, then it becomes our property. We reserve the right to keep the item, sell or discard it at our discretion.
