| You must leave a deposit depending on the full value of what item is rented before tax, not including the rental charge. | |||
| You will receive your deposit upon returning the rented items in the same working and cosmetic condition as it was before it was rented. | |||
| You will be charged for any damaged, tampered or lost items. Manuals are not included. | |||
| You can purchase rented items, let us know so we can give you a receipt. There will be no refund for any difference in cost between the item and the deposit. | |||
| Rental rates are non-refundable. If you buy a rented item after the due date, you will be charged the late fee based on our "Late Fee" rates. | |||
| We are not responsible for TV incompatibility, console set up, console networking or online subscriptions that you may need to play online or locally. | |||
| We do not rent out handheld consoles. | |||
