Ontario has enacted a Provincial Emergency and Stay-at-Home Order to slow the spread of COVID-19. We will be doing curbside pickup, curbside purchases and shipping only for the duration of the lockdown. You will not be able to enter the store.

For our physical store operations, you can order from our website and do curbside pick up when your order is ready. For curbside purchases, you must contact us ahead of time at 416-923-3066 with a list of items you would like to purchase, and we can put what we have on hold for you to purchase at the door (Debit Card and Credit Card is preferable).

For video game trade-ins please read our trade-in policy. You can e-mail us your lists and photos of your items to trades@acgamesonline.com, call us at 416-923-3066 or drop off your items for a quotation. Be sure to bring valid government issued photo ID upon arrival and you must be 18 years old or older. All trade-ins and quotations are subject to a processing time of 1 day to 7 days or longer, depending on how busy it is and the amount of items being traded in. Be sure to have your trade-in items in a box, bin or bag that can be left with us while we process your items. We will attach your name, phone number and e-mail to it. We will contact you when the trade-in/quotation is ready.

Card singles MUST be ordered ahead of time by sending list of cards to cards@acgamesonline.com, or by calling 647-729-5280 so we can get your card singles order together before you come. You will be contacted when the order is ready. We will not be doing at the door card singles requests.

Please wait for your confirmation email before coming for curbside pickup or an email with your tracking information when your order gets shipped out. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to fulfill.
